Contact Manager

Available for Starter plans and above

The contact manager lets you store and organise your contacts for use with the mailing system.

Creating a Contact

  1. Go to Contacts → Create Contact
  2. Fill in the details across four tabs:
    • Personal — email (required), first name, last name, pronouns, phone numbers
    • Work — company, job title, department, work location
    • Address — multiple addresses with type (Home, Work, Other)
    • Other — birthday, websites/social media links
    • Notes — timestamped notes
  3. Click Save Contact

Searching & Filtering

Use the search bar on the Contacts page to filter by name, email, or company.

Bounce Tracking

The system automatically tracks email bounces:

  • After 3 bounces, a contact is flagged as bounced
  • Bounced contacts are excluded from mailings
  • You can see bounce status on the contact detail page

Unsubscribe Management

Contacts can unsubscribe from emails:

  • Global unsubscribe — stops all mailings
  • Per-group unsubscribe — stops mailings from specific groups
  • Unsubscribe links are automatically included in every mailing
