Available for Starter plans and above
The contact manager lets you store and organise your contacts for use with the mailing system.
Creating a Contact
- Go to Contacts → Create Contact
- Fill in the details across four tabs:
- Personal — email (required), first name, last name, pronouns, phone numbers
- Work — company, job title, department, work location
- Address — multiple addresses with type (Home, Work, Other)
- Other — birthday, websites/social media links
- Notes — timestamped notes
- Click Save Contact
Searching & Filtering
Use the search bar on the Contacts page to filter by name, email, or company.
Bounce Tracking
The system automatically tracks email bounces:
- After 3 bounces, a contact is flagged as bounced
- Bounced contacts are excluded from mailings
- You can see bounce status on the contact detail page
Unsubscribe Management
Contacts can unsubscribe from emails:
- Global unsubscribe — stops all mailings
- Per-group unsubscribe — stops mailings from specific groups
- Unsubscribe links are automatically included in every mailing
