Organization Management
Organizations let you manage a team of agents for the support ticket system.
Creating an Organization
- Go to Organization → Overview
- Enter an Organization Name and optional Description and Logo
- Click Create Organization
You automatically become the Owner of the organization.
Agent Seats
Each agent seat costs £5.99/month (including the owner). The seat management section shows:
- Seats Purchased — how many seats you've paid for
- Seats Used — active members + pending invites
- Monthly Cost — seats × £5.99
To add more seats:
- Use the +/- controls to adjust the number
- Click Update — Stripe prorates the charge
Inviting Members
When you have available seats:
- Enter the member's email address
- Select a role: Admin or Agent
- Click Send Invite
The invite link is valid for 7 days. Pending invites are shown below the form.
Member Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Owner | Full access, billing, cannot be removed |
| Admin | Manage members, tickets, settings |
| Agent | View and respond to tickets |
Configurable Ticket Prefix
By default, tickets are numbered as TKT-001, TKT-002, etc. Organization owners and admins can change the prefix to match their brand:
- Go to Organization → Overview
- Find the Ticket Prefix field in the organization settings
- Enter your custom prefix (up to 10 characters), e.g.,
SUP,HELP,CS - Click Save
All new tickets will use the updated prefix (e.g., SUP-001). Existing ticket numbers are not changed.
Examples:
TKT(default) → TKT-001, TKT-002SUP→ SUP-001, SUP-002HELP→ HELP-001, HELP-002CS→ CS-001, CS-002
Authorized Domains
Go to Organization → Authorized Domains to manage which websites can submit tickets and process payments through your plugins. Add every domain where you've installed a FastLinkIt plugin.
