Organization Management
Organizations let you manage a team, share resources, and optionally subscribe to a shared plan. Available to all authenticated users — no subscription required to create an organization.
Creating an Organization
- Go to Organization in the sidebar
- Enter an Organization Name and optional Description and Logo (supports URL, file upload, or My Files picker)
- Click Create Organization
You automatically become the Owner of the organization.
Business Details
The Business Details card lets you store your organization's business information:
- Address, City, Postcode, Country (searchable dropdown with flag emojis)
- Phone, Email, Website
- VAT Number, Registration Number
Click the edit button to update, then Save. This replaces the old separate Business Profile concept.
Organization Plan
Organizations can subscribe to a shared plan (same plans as individual subscriptions: Starter, Basic, Professional, Unlimited).
How It Works
- If you are in an organization with an active subscription and you have no personal paid plan, you automatically use the organization's plan
- Link and storage limits are pooled across all organization members
- The Organization page shows usage progress bars (links used / limit, storage used / limit) when subscribed
Subscribing
- On the Organization page, find the Organization Plan card
- Select a plan and billing interval (monthly or annual)
- Click Subscribe — you are redirected to Stripe Checkout
- On return, the subscription activates (with fallback activation if the webhook is delayed)
Managing Billing
Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe Customer Portal where you can change plans, update payment methods, or cancel.
Inviting Members
- Enter the member's email address
- Select a role: Admin or Agent
- Click Send Invite
The invite link is valid for 7 days. An email is sent to the invitee with a link to accept.
Invite Flow
- **New user (no account)😗* The invite page shows a simplified registration form with the email pre-filled. They set a password and name, and are automatically joined to the organization with their email confirmed
- **Existing user (not logged in)😗* A "Sign in" button redirects them to login, then back to the invite page
- Logged-in user: They see the organization name and role, and can accept or decline
Resending Invites
Click the Resend button on any pending invite to extend its expiry and re-send the email.
