Payments Dashboard

The Money section in the sidebar organises all payment-related features into clear categories.

Navigation

Donations Page

Shows all transactions without a product — donations, fundraising campaign donations, and quick checkout payments.

• Summary cards: total transactions, revenue, fees, net earnings
• Filters: search, status, source, date range
• Expandable detail rows: platform fee, net earnings, Stripe PI, site URL, reference, metadata
• Metadata displayed as human-readable key-value pairs (e.g. Donor Name: John, Message: Great cause!, Anonymous: Yes)
• Resend confirmation email button on paid transactions

Bookings Page

Shows booking payments received from visitors who booked paid events.

• Summary cards: total, revenue, fees, net, this month
• Table: date, visitor, amount, fee, net, status
• Refund button on paid transactions

Product Sales Page

Shows all transactions with a product linked — purchases made via [flnkit_pay product_id="..."].

• Same features as Donations but filtered to product transactions
• Product name shown as a link in the Details column
• Product details (name, description, price) in the expanded row

Confirmation Emails

Automatic branded emails are sent for all payment types:

• Logo, amount, description, date, reference
• Resend button on each paid transaction
• Emails include "Powered by flnk.it" footer
