Payment Confirmation Emails

FastLinkIt automatically sends branded confirmation emails to customers after every successful payment — whether it's a product purchase, a donation, or a fundraising contribution.

What's Included

Every payment confirmation email contains:

Element Description
Your Logo Your brand logo from Stripe Connect (if configured)
Amount The payment amount with currency
Description The product name, donation description, or campaign title
Reference The transaction reference ID for record keeping
Date When the payment was processed

Payment Types

Confirmation emails are sent for all payment types:

  • Product purchases — sent when a customer completes checkout for one of your products
  • Quick checkout payments — sent for one-off payments without a pre-created product
  • Donations — sent when someone donates via the [flnkit_donate] shortcode
  • Fundraising contributions — sent when someone donates to a fundraising campaign

Resending Confirmation Emails

If a customer didn't receive their confirmation email (e.g., it went to spam), you can resend it:

  1. Go to Money → Transactions
  2. Find the transaction in the list
  3. Click the envelope icon (Resend confirmation email) button
  4. The email is sent again to the customer's email address

The resend button is only available for transactions with status Paid and a customer email address on file.

Email Delivery

Confirmation emails are sent via the configured email provider for the Identity category. The email includes a branded header with your logo and a clean, professional layout.
