Available for Starter plans and above
Export any contact as a standard vCard (.vcf) file that can be imported into iPhone Contacts, Android, Microsoft Outlook, Google Contacts, and any other app that supports the vCard format.
How to Export
There are two ways to export a contact as a vCard:
From the Contact List
- Go to Contacts
- Find the contact you want to export
- Click the download button on the contact row
- The .vcf file downloads to your device
From the Contact Editor
- Open any contact for editing
- Click the Export vCard button
- The .vcf file downloads to your device
What's Included
The exported vCard includes all available contact information:

Supported Apps
The .vcf file works with:
- iPhone/iPad — tap the file to add to Contacts, or AirDrop it
- Android — open the file to import into Google Contacts or the default Contacts app
- Microsoft Outlook — double-click to import or drag into Contacts
- Google Contacts — use the Import feature to upload the .vcf file
- Apple Contacts (Mac) — double-click or drag into Contacts
- Thunderbird — import via the Address Book
API Endpoint
Export a contact programmatically:
GET /api/contacts/{id}/vcard
Returns a .vcf file with Content-Type: text/vcard. Requires authentication (JWT or API Key with contacts scope).
Browser Extension
The FastLinkIt browser extension includes a Contacts tab where you can search contacts and export them as vCards directly from the popup — no need to visit the dashboard.
