1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FastLinkIt (flnk.it), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

FastLinkIt provides URL shortening, QR code generation, link-in-bio page building, and file hosting services. The service is available through free and paid subscription plans with varying usage limits.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account
You must confirm your email address before using the service
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service
One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use FastLinkIt to:

Distribute malware, phishing links, or other malicious content
Shorten or host links to illegal content
Engage in spam or unsolicited messaging
Impersonate another person or organization
Circumvent usage limits or security measures
Host copyrighted content without authorization
Use the service for any activity that violates applicable laws

We reserve the right to disable any link, QR code, page, or account that violates these terms without notice.

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Free accounts are subject to usage limits as described on the Pricing page
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Stripe
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

6. Content and Files

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload
You grant us a license to host, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service
You are solely responsible for the content of your links, pages, and uploaded files
We do not monitor content proactively but may remove content that violates these terms
Deleted files are moved to the bin and continue to count toward your storage quota until permanently deleted

7. Link Redirection

Free and Starter plan links include an interstitial page with ads before redirecting
Paid plan links (Basic and above) redirect instantly unless an interstitial message is configured
We reserve the right to disable links that generate excessive traffic or are used for abuse
Short codes are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis

8. Availability and Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation
That links will always resolve or redirect correctly
That uploaded files will be preserved indefinitely
Any specific level of uptime

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastLinkIt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Upon termination, your links will stop redirecting and your data will be deleted after 30 days

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
