How to Delete Your Data

If you want to delete your data from FastLinkIt, you have the following options:

Option 1: Self-Service Deletion

You can delete your data directly from your account:

Log in to your FastLinkIt account at flnk.it/Account/Login
Delete your links and QR codes: Go to Dashboard, click Edit on each item, and delete it
Delete your files: Go to My Files and delete your files. Then go to Bin and click "Empty Bin" to permanently remove them
Delete your pages: Go to My Pages and delete each page
Remove your avatar: Go to Profile and click "Remove Avatar"
Cancel your subscription: Go to Subscription and cancel if active

Option 2: Request Full Account Deletion

To request complete deletion of your account and all associated data, send an email to:

privacy@flnk.it

Please include:

The email address associated with your account
Subject line: "Account Deletion Request"

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

Your account profile (name, email, avatar)
All short links and their click analytics
All QR codes and their scan analytics
All link-in-bio pages
All uploaded files (including files in the bin)
All tags
Visit history
Email templates (if admin)

Retained for legal purposes: Payment records and invoices may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable accounting and tax regulations.

Facebook Login Users

If you signed in using Facebook, you can also remove FastLinkIt's access to your Facebook data:

Go to your Facebook App Settings
Find "FastLinkIt" in the list of apps
Click "Remove" to revoke access

To request deletion of data stored by FastLinkIt, use either of the options above (self-service or email request). You can also use the data deletion callback directly from Facebook, which will initiate a deletion request automatically.
