Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, giving you instant access to additional features and higher limits. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period, so you keep your current plan benefits until then.
Do I get a refund if I downgrade?
When you downgrade, a prorated credit is applied to your account and automatically used toward future invoices. You retain full access to your current plan features until the billing period ends.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. All plan pricing is transparent and listed on our pricing page. The only additional fees are standard Stripe processing charges on paid event bookings, which are clearly displayed before checkout.
